- flow-charts – presenting production operations in graphic form; necessary components (material, parts) for input into production operations; tests to be performed on specific operations and documentation for each operation.
- Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) – recording potential errors in operations, assessing related risks and proposing remedial measures to be taken.
- process control plan – including schedules of responsible persons, test parameters and requency of their performance, related documentation and measures for correcting discrepancies.
